In the centre of Tsawwassen, just 25 minutes from Vancouver, BC, Canada, lies a great little secret. It is the AquaTerra Beauty & Wellness Spa which was founded as Aquae Sulis Holistic Spa in 2004 by British born Lee Andrews.

The Spa started with its aim of bringing holistic therapies from around the world to the people of this community and surrounding cities.  It is a gem.  Here you can find holistic skin and beauty treatments that use all natural Dr. Hauschka and other qualities products, and services developed by centuries of use from India, Hawaii, Asia and Europe.  All of these therapies are offered in a non rushed, exotic atmosphere with caring staff.

In August 2011, the Spa was acquired by Peter Ormesher through a ‘social merchant bank’ dedicated to improving the lives of women and youth called Madonna Capital Partners Inc.  Madonna has been slowly evolving the direction of the Spa to encompass other aspects of wellness to help create for people the best lives possible, when looking at all aspects of life, including mind, body and spirit.  We have just completed renovations that were inspired by the theme of where we live…’Where the land meets the sea, there are is a special appreciation for life and living…hence ‘aqua’ and ‘terra’ and the feelings they bring’.   The South Delta Leader did a recent interview and look at the renovated spa.
